The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has given approval for the layout of the Al-Kabir Town Housing Scheme, which is situated on Raiwind Road, in Mouza Janjaty, Lahore. This approval was granted through a reference letter (No.10723/2nd/DRW1759) dated 09-10-2018. The layout plan for the project covers an area of 239 Kanal and 17 Marla. The approval has been granted by the concerned authority, as confirmed in letter (No.LDA/DMP-I/42) dated 13-06-2018.

However, the final layout plan has not yet been released due to some pending conditions mentioned in the approval letter. One of the major pending issues is the need for a review of the proposed electrification designs for the housing scheme. The LDA has requested feedback and approval for these designs, which is required before proceeding with further development of the project. The concerned authorities are expected to provide the necessary feedback and approval at the earliest to avoid any delays in the progress of the housing scheme.
